UL Library Messages - end of semester May 2013

The Library would like to remind all students and staff to return library materials that are due back shortly. This applies especially to students who are graduating this summer.

 

If you need to renew library materials out of term:

 

LOG IN:            www.ul.ie/library (Choose library catalogue and 'my account' to renew items, check account details or pay fines online)

 

CALL IN:          Use self-service machines in library foyer OR

            In person to the information desk on the ground floor

Remember: If you are studying or doing research and intend traveling over the summer period, please get in contact with us if you would like to arrange a visit to another university or special library. We can organize a letter of introduction to the visiting library. In particular, faculty and some categories of postgraduate students can avail of two cooperative academic library schemes operating throughout Ireland and UK:

Please check out the library’s full summer opening hours on the library website www.ul.ie/library . Please note that extended opening hours operate to 23:00hrs (Mon-Fri) through out most of June. We are open nearly all weekends in June too. The opening hours for July & Aug are mainly 09:00 – 17:00hrs (M-F).

 

Note 24-hour (remote) access is available to a wide selection of electronic resources covering 100,000+ full text online journals and ebooks via https://login.proxy.lib.ul.ie
