CAB Abstracts online database contains summaries of journal articles on Equine Science related topics:

Renew your library books online

To renew your library books go to http://www.ul.ie/~library/ click on Library Catalogue and select My Account from flags on top right of screen and follow instructions:

Please type your Borrower Number (student or staff ID number) in the box below, then click logon.Click on reset to clear any mistakes.
1. Enter borrower number (preceded by 0)

2. Click on logon or reset buttons
To return to previous screen, click on back

Follow instructions to renew books. If your books are required by another borrower you will not be able to renew them.

New databases

Remember to log in via Access databases from home on the A-Z of UL Library homepage first!

The following new databases have been added to the database list:
Dynamed (clinical medicine, contains equine articles)
Dissertation Abstracts (includes equine references)
Patrologia Latina (might be of interest for more scholarly reading)

Also Index to Theses will be launching a feature that identifies and links to the full text availability of theses online in 2008.

Read online books via Wiley Interscience

Online books in Life Sciences available in Wiley Interscience via UL Library Databases, titles include Analyzing Gene Expression and Auditory Worlds: Sensory Analysis and Perception in Animals and Man.
